Candy Candy

The first thing I noticed about this piece was the incredible shading. I know this is supposed to be an anime girl, but the shading on the hair makes it look extremely human-like. What I really enjoy about this piece is the small little details you included. Your border looks like it took forever to make because of all the tiny details, but in the end I think it really ties your picture together, giving it that 'girlish' look. Also, her eyes are very nice to look at, you got the lighting very good there. All in all this makes me think of Christmas with the Candy Cane dress and white snow-like border.
